Uniting Forces for Success, Launching a New Era of Growth— Grascent Hosts 2025 Annual Management Seminar
From March 6 to 8, 2025, Grascent held its 2025 Annual Management Seminar at Qiandao Lake, gathering management teams to drive implementation of annual operation targets, clarify budget execution, and strengthen cross-department collaboration. Focused on achieving annual business goals, the seminar addressed pain points and key challenges across business units through special discussion and multi-dimensional sessions, laying a solid foundation for the work throughout the year and injecting new momentum into Grascent’s high-quality development.
Under the theme “Driving Annual Goals Through Effective Budget Implementation”, five core task forces conducted in-depth discussions. Each topic was closely tied to practical needs, effectively overcoming critical business obstacles. General Manager Wang Liren opened the seminar by presenting the Company’s annual business objectives and overall budget requirements, and systematically interpreted budget plans. He highlighted key areas, including safety and environmental protection compliance, fine management of production costs, new product development and process optimization, and efficient execution of engineering technology transformation projects, and sorted the budget preparation logic and core indexes, helping participants clearly understand the priorities of the year.
Subsequently, the seminar divided participants into five discussion groups based on business units, each conducting focused analyses and centralized reporting on pre-set topics. While refining the pathways to achieve their objectives within their respective responsibilities, the groups also broke through departmental boundaries to engage in in-depth discussions on cross-functional issues such as resource allocation and collaboration mechanisms. These discussions resulted in a series of practical and actionable solutions, providing strong support for enhancing business coordination and operational efficiency. Chairman Lu Wencong delivered the closing address, linking the Company’s strategy with industry trends, and proposed annual work requirements. He emphasized the importance of driving annual strategy implementation with high-level and stronger execution to build consensus and gather strength for the Company’s long-term growth.
This seminar marked a pivotal step in executing the Company’s annual strategic plan that further defined working directions and execution requirements of each department. By focusing on budget objectives and collaborative priorities, it has aligned management into a single, cohesive force. Guided by the seminar outcomes, all departments are now poised to advance their work decisively, ensuring the achievement of the Company’s 2025 business goals.
