Practicing Green Manufacturing and Leading Low-Carbon Transformation

Hangzhou Grascent is committed to minimizing environmental impact through green operations. The Company has achieved 100% green electricity coverage and conducted organization-level carbon accounting for three consecutive years, enabling systematic carbon emissions management. Hangzhou Grascent has earned a “B” rating (Management Level) in both CDP Climate Change and Water Security assessments. Investments in advanced wastewater treatment and regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) systems have enabled effective pollution control and energy recovery. Furthermore, carbon footprint calculations have been completed for several core products, embedding green principles throughout the full product life cycle.

Employees are Hangzhou Grascent’s most valuable asset. The Company strictly adheres to labor standards and safeguards their legal rights and interests. Employee satisfaction is high by providing comprehensive compensation and benefits, career development training, and health and safety programs. In supply chain management, all suppliers are required to sign the Social Responsibility Commitment, and ESG standards are extended through questionnaires and on-site evaluations. A sound governance system is the cornerstone for practicing ESG. An ESG Task Force, led by the General Manager, is established, responsible for formulating long-term strategies and coordinating implementation. ESG are fully integrated into our enterprise-wide management system, enabling proactive identification and strategic response to key risks—including climate and supply chain—through continuous monitoring and materiality assessments. Anti-corruption policies are strictly enforced, with zero reports of violations, reflecting a culture of integrity and ethical business conduct.
