Established in 1999, Hangzhou Grascent Co., Ltd. (Hangzhou Grascent) is headquartered in Mamu-Nanfeng High-tech Industrial Zone in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province. The Company is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and one of China’s top ten aroma chemical enterprises in the light industry sector.

Hangzhou Grascent specializes in R&D, production, and sales of bio-sourced and fully synthetic fragrance and flavor ingredients including cedarwood oil derivatives, turpentine oil derivatives, and synthetic series. With modern production bases in Jiande (Zhejiang) and Nanping (Fujian), we have built a well-structured industrial system with an annual production capacity of over 12,000 tons of high-quality aroma chemicals. Our robust product portfolio is rich and diverse, widely used in daily chemicals, cosmetics, fine fragrance. 

As a pioneer in the internationalization of China's aroma chemicals industry, Hangzhou Grascent holds a globally leading position in several strategic product categories. We are the global primary registrant for five core REACH-regulated products, including methyl cedryl ketone, for which, Hangzhou Grascent is the biggest manufacturer and supplier globally. The Company also makes a strong influence in the global sandalwood ingredients market. Its products have earned multiple international certifications, including FDA, KOSHER, and HALAL. Hangzhou Grascent has established long-term cooperative relationships with global F&F giants such as Procter & Gamble, Givaudan, DSM-Firmenich, IFF, and Symrise, having built a global sales network that covers major markets across Europe, North America and Asia.

Hangzhou Grascent places great emphasis on technological innovation and R&D investment. Leveraging deep technical expertise, we have built several provincial-level research platforms, including Zhejiang Provincial Bio-Sourced Aroma Chemcial Engineering Technology Research Center and Zhejiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. We attract top industry talent and continuously drive innovation across our product lines. To date, Hangzhou Grascent has obtained 24 national invention patents, undertaken 4 National Torch Program projects, and participated in 29 provincial-level new product initiatives. We have participated in the development of 5 national standards and led the drafting of 15 industry standards and 10 group standards.
